Terms and Conditions

Services provided by HappySleepers are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These come into force at the time of booking our service and a signed copy of this document will be needed to access our service. Please read through this document carefully and return a signed copy to the address specified or email to info@happysleepers.co.uk

Payment

At the time of booking the client pays the full cost of the service requested to the bank account details provided. All fees are non-refundable from the onset of the initial consultation. HappySleepers are under no obligation to refund consultation costs if the client chooses to terminate the working relationship after receiving an initial consultation.

Cancellation / rescheduling appointments

We will be unable to refill your appointment should you have to cancel or reschedule your consultation at short notice. Please see the terms outlined below.

Cancellation terms:
With MORE than 48 hours (two working days) notice from the date of your initial consultation - £15 fee

With 48 hours (two working days) notice from the date of your initial consultation - £75 fee

With 24 hours (one working day) from the date of your appointment – 50% of the cost of the package.

Rescheduling terms
With two day’s notice (48 hours) or more, you are entitled to reschedule your initial consultation to a time that is convenient to both client and consultant. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your initial appointment you will be charged a fee of £50.

Sleep diary and sleep questionnaire

It is vital that these documents are received by your consultant at least two days prior to your initial consultation. If you are having any problems sending these documents to us, please contact your consultant at HappySleepers as soon as possible. Failure to contact us or provide these documents will delay your consultation and incur fees as above.

Length of consultations

Please note the length of consultations in our different services: Home consultation sleep package – 60 minutes Telephone consultation sleep package – 60 minutes Young baby consultation – 45 minutes Telephone consultation – 45 minutes

Personalised Sleep Plan

We will email (or post if needed) the sleep plan to you within four days of the initial consultation.

Duration of Packages

Both our home consultation sleep package and our telephone consultation sleep package offer the flexibility of support up to 6 weeks.

Follow-up support

Home consultation sleep package and telephone consultation sleep package:

HappySleepers offer up to a total of six contact sessions (either telephone or email) for a period of up to six weeks.

Emails are responded to within 48 hours.

Young baby consultation:
Two follow up emails within a 4 week period.

Emails are responded to within 48 hours.

Telephone consultation:
Two follow up emails within a 4 week period.

Emails are responded to within 48 hours.

Top-Up consultations

If needed, further telephone support can be booked within 6 months of any of our packages. This is charged at £60 for 30 minutes.

Siblings / returning clients

Parents who have previously used HappySleepers for another sibling are entitled to a discounted rate for the home and telephone consultation package. Please contact us for more details.

Outcomes

At HappySleepers we are knowledgeable, helpful and empathic professionals who will support you in implementing a plan that fits in with your family. We cannot guarantee a ‘perfect sleeper’ but aim to work with you to bring about positive change in your child’s sleep. In our experience, families that show full commitment, perseverance and consistency to the sleep programme see the best results.
