Encouraging good sleep habits in the first 6 months

Every baby’s sleep development is different – some tuck into longer stretches of sleep within a few weeks of birth, while others continue to wake up every couple of hours for months.

Learning to sleep well is part of normal development and it takes children different times to learn this skill. HappySleepers’ Liz Jones talks to Petite Bonita about some simple steps to help encourage positive sleep behaviours in the early weeks.
